Minimum Internet Bandwidth (speed test)

· Standard Definition (SD) videos: 5 Mbps

· High Definition (HD) videos: 8 Mbps

· PC: Windows XP or newer

· Mac: OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or newer

Web Browsers

· Internet Explorer 8.0 or above

· Firefox most recent 2 public versions

· Safari most recent 2 public versions

· Google Chrome most recent 2 public versions

Browser Plug-ins

· Flash Player version 10.2.159.1 or higher. Go to Adobe Flash Player to install the latest version


Video Issues

Should you have any problems viewing a video try these tips below. If you are still unable to view your video, please contact our technical support team at learningsupport@yourmembership.com. We will respond to your request within 24 business hours.

1. Try a different web browserThere may be a temporary issue or incompatible setting with the browser you are using. See system requirements  above

2. Restart your device: Restarting your device, Internet modem, and/or router can resolve most intermittent connectivity issues.

3. Shut down other programs and stop other Internet activity on your computer and in your home or office: Other devices using your Internet connection can negatively impact your streaming quality.

4. Check the connection to your Internet Service Provider (ISP): If your connection speed is much slower than usual, we recommend that you contact your ISP for additional help. Be sure you meet the minimum requirements of 5-8 mbps by testing your Internet speed here.

Course Catalog Features


This page contains a list of the educational courses available for purchase. Pricing shown in Course Catalog defaults to Professional free account rates. Pricing varies for individuals (without CEUs) and paid members and these rates will be shown if/when logged in.


· Refine Search allows you to search by keywords and titles, abstract and description, or both

· Sort By allows you to sort by titles, categories, most viewed, or recently added

· Cart shows number of items in cart, allows you to confirm a purchase or add/remove an item from cart

· View Details shown under the course includes the description of each course

· Credit displays the number of continuing education credits

· Launch allows you to launch any free courses


Course Activity Page Features


Enrolled tab lists the courses you have registered and paid for. Use it to track your progress to include the amount of time you have spent in a course, the date you purchased the item, and the date it expires.


· View Detail includes the description for each course

· Launch allows you to view your course and if you have already started that course, you may resume from where you left off or restart form the beginning


Grades tab lists your completed courses, grades received, and allows you to print out certificates earned.
